I had messaged Vera about seeing options of exchanging or just a refund since these did come to what I expected. She mentioned it be costly for me to send them back to her (+$15 USD to CA) and upon to her return she could refund me. She had offered me a 60% which was really only a 10% discount on top of the current discount the earrings had. I put them in my cart and it only totaled up to about $2 cheaper than what I originally ordered. Which was a bit disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend ordering unless you are 100% certain on an item because the outcome of being offered a discount to help a customer satisfaction is limited.
