This sho forces you to buy the piercing bar by making the pin of the head just a TINY BIT too big to fit into any other piercing bar. I’ve always been able to buy just the jewelry/head of the piercing and use the same bars I’ve had in for years. The bars I have are a custom made length, so I’ve never taken them out. Just replaced the jewelry part. But I purchased these opal studs, and the item description says they may not fit in other bars, but I didn’t think much of it because I’ve never had that problem… I’m pretty sure this shop makes the pin just a HAIR bigger so that it can’t fit into another bar, and you’re forced to buy theirs, which is super scummy in my opinion.
