Refund, Return & Exchange

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package and we will accept the return in the form of Store Credit. We will then provide you with instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store Credit will only be made to the product and not the shipping cost.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Earrings are NOT returnable due to hygiene reasons.

MaraFineJewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.

LOST or DAMAGED PARCELS

For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.

RETURNED MAIL

All parcels that are “Returned To Sender” will be disposed of upon returning to our shipping carriers.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was “Returned To Sender” for the following reasons:

– The address provided by you was not correct.

– The parcel is unclaimed once it attempts to be delivered.
