When should you choose the 5mm disc over the 4mm?

Take the 5mm when you want the covered surface to be the brightest thing on the ear, and the 4mm when it should sit level with smaller tops in a stack. Both carry the same micro pave, so only the width changes.

What does micro pave mean on this disc?

It means many very small cubic zirconia are set close together across the disc face, so the sparkle comes from the covered surface instead of one larger stone.

What does Head Only No Backing include?

Just the disc top, with no post and no back. It is for a customer who already owns matching Marafine components, and fit with other brands is not confirmed.
