This ear jacket pairs a cubic zirconia stud at the front with a second cubic zirconia section on the jacket behind it, and offers three height settings so you can change where it sits. It is built on a 925 sterling silver base with a 20G (0.8mm) post.

How does this ear jacket work?

The post goes through the piercing as a normal stud, and the jacket slides onto the post from behind so its stone section shows under the lobe. Three height settings are provided, which is how the jacket is adjusted to sit closer to or further from the lobe.
