We ship by USPS First Class Mail (Includes Tracking) for US buyers. It normally takes 2-4 business days to be delivered after dispatch.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will accept the return in the form of Store Credit. We will then provide instructions on mailing your package back to us at your expense. Store credit will only be applied to the product, not the shipping cost.
All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are NOT returnable.
MaraFineJewelry holds the right to deny a return if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for the return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged, thus we recommend shipping with tracking and insurance.
LOST or DAMAGED PARCELS
For parcels that are shipped with tracking & insurance, any lost or damaged parcels can be claimed through their corresponding shipping provider.
RETURNED MAIL
All parcels that are "Returned To Sender" will be disposed of upon returning to our shipping carriers.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is placed on the order, as we will not send a replacement parcel or offer a refund if the parcel was "Returned To Sender" for the following reasons:
- The address provided by you was not correct.
- The parcel is unclaimed once attempts to be delivered.

Measurements are listed in millimetres. “Single” is one earring; “Pair” is two. Choose the diameter that suits the look you’re building.

Keep dry and away from water, perfume and lotions. Store in the pouch provided and gently polish with a soft cloth.
Shipping & Returns
United States: free standard shipping from $50 USD after discounts and before taxes; dispatch normally within 1 business day. Request an eligible refund within 14 days of delivery or store credit within 30 days. Returns require unworn items in original condition and packaging, with all parts included; worn earrings, earring components, sale and final-sale items are excluded. A $9.95 USD return shipping fee is deducted; no fee applies to items that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
Canada: standard shipping is CA$7.50 below CA$100 and free from CA$100 after discounts and before taxes. Dispatch normally takes 1 business day, followed by an estimated 3–10 business days in transit. Express is CA$25.99; contact us for an express delivery estimate. Request an ordinary return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and original packaging; used or worn earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons. The customer pays return postage. No in-person returns.
