Is a back included with each post length?

Yes. The 5mm Short, 6mm Standard and 8mm choices are complete earrings with the labret post and flat back. Only Head Only No Backing leaves out those parts, for someone who already has matching Marafine components.

How does the threadless fitting hold?

The decorative top locks into the post by tension rather than screw threads. It is intended for an existing healed piercing.

How should I care for it?

Take it off before bathing, swimming and applying perfume. Wipe with a soft dry cloth and avoid cleaning chemicals and abrasive polishing.
