A flat polished disc in 3 mm, 4 mm or 5 mm, where the single label you select sets the finish, the size and the backing. The butterfly version comes on a 20G, 10 mm post and the screw ball version on a 20G, 6 mm post. The base is 925 sterling silver and each label is a pair.

What is the difference between the two backings?

The butterfly back is the classic push-on back, and it comes on the longer post. The screw ball back threads onto the post and finishes in a rounded ball, and it comes on the shorter post. Both are 20G, and the disc at the front is identical either way.
