RETURNS / REFUNDS

If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Eligible returns will be accepted in the form of store credit. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging.

LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

Parcels shipped with tracking and insurance may be claimed through the corresponding shipping provider if lost or damaged.

RETURNED MAIL

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot send a replacement or issue a refund for parcels returned to sender because of an incorrect address or because the parcel was left unclaimed.
