Request an eligible refund within 14 days of delivery or store credit within 30 days. A $9.95 USD return shipping fee is deducted; no fee applies to items that arrived defective, damaged or incorrect.
Canada: standard shipping is CA$7.50 below CA$100 and free from CA$100 after discounts and before taxes. Dispatch normally takes 1 business day, followed by an estimated 3–10 business days in transit. Express is CA$25.99; contact us for an express delivery estimate. Request an ordinary return within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and original packaging; used or worn earrings are excluded for hygiene reasons. The customer pays return postage. No in-person returns.
