I love the piece of jewelry itself when i first received it , it did seem like the head of the jewelry with the gem was crooked and not entirely flush to the post. i messaged the seller and they were helpful at first explaining to me how a threadless post works and when i expressed that i know how its supposed to look and work i was returned with some passive aggressive feedback. i do like the jewelry but i will not be buying from this shop again.

These earrings are pretty, but too small for an older lady with hands that tremble a bit to get on and off. I would like to return the three pairs that I ordered for a credit and find something easier to put on my ears. Maybe just studs of some sort. Thank you.
